Calvary greetings to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Its another "Hours of Redemption" and the theme is "Hours of
Amendment" and I pray as you read this article , your life will not remain
the same in Jesus name (Amen).
What is amendment? It means make or become better, improve,
free from faults or errors. Also, Hours is the point or period of time. Thus, “hours
of amendment” is the period or point of time that the state of a thing needs to be
change or transform for better.
Who is Nehemiah? Nehemiah was the cupbearer of King Artazerxes
of Persia. A report came to him about the situation of the Jews, the fallen
wall and burnt gate. Nehemiah took the tasks on himself and other few people to
amend the errors and faulty condition of the Jews, just as God is making use of
our belove and passionate mummy to amend our broken walls. Nehemiah was able to
accomplish his task. Nehemiah took authority from the King and was able to
conquer his antagonist (Samballat, Tobiah, Geshem).
Dear reader, at a period or the other you were living in
liberty but suddenly something struck out and the wall got burnt, destroy and
things are not the same just like the period of Nehemiah. You need the
authority that can question and fight against any odd that may want to debar
you from repairing your broken and fallen wall in Jesus name. God need your
total submission by accepting Jesus Christ as the author and finisher of your
faith. You must be born again, you have to surrender your way of life and
accept him, who is able to do all things.
